Last week I celebrated my 4 day weekend with friends and family. I dropped by my alma mater to see some younglings (one of which will be joining me next year!). We were the definition of summer. :)
I then drove up to Dallas with another +2. It was the first time I drove long-distance anywhere, so that was pretty exciting. It rained at our destination, but after the scary part was over, I reconvened with my mom and shared liquor with my boss. That's something of a tradition. On the way down, partied with some friends in Dallas and stopped by Centerville for world famous beef jerky. Mm mmm. Teriyaki flavor? Yes please!
Tomorrow I will be holding a heart in my hand on a mission to break it down to pieces.
