My mind says yes, my heart says no

--That's the thing I least wanted to do!

Then I took an online "specialty aptitude test". 

The thing I didn't want to do was general surgery, but my personality says otherwise? Radiology and rad onc are up there, but family medicine and internal were not. Does this mean I don't know myself as well as I thought? Or is this an over-reliance on an external algorithm? Needless to say, I am both confused and scared about my future. It's the start of what I'll be doing for the rest of my life, and I don't know in which direction should I turn my head and point my foot.
