A March of dimes

A little more than a month ago, I posted about Offermatic. I tried one of their offers, $10 for $20 Amazon purchase. The $20 is the minimum that shows up on your credit card statement, so it does include shipping and tax! I made my purchase on 2/03, and on 3/02 I got my $10 credit as promised (they stipulated that the credits will be applied on next billing cycle). Yay! And now they are updating your cc transaction history every week, so it may be possible to get the refund even faster.

Some proof:

Also, I signed up for ebates, which gets you a certain % of your online purchase back. Bottom line is that it also works, and its tracking method put me to ease as they send you a confirmation email per successful purchase detected. I do, however, worry more about cc security reasons with ebates but I figured if I had any form of identity theft, my bank will handle it with integrity.

Bottom line: They work!
