Spring Break Plans!

I'm not going to California, or roadtrip to Florida, or fly to NYC. Instead, something better. I am going to start running, following a regiment called Couch to 5K. You should know that I don't exercise and am sedentary, yet I'm not the person who lives off of fast food and junky. I just don't like moving, haha. But this program speaks to me because it aims to build endurance and emphasizes the process, not the goal.



I'll have to start when spring break comes (I feel everything that's not urgent gets shoved aside to this sliver of time). Midterm schedule isn't looking pretty and I haven't been the most studious. Here's how the first few workouts are planned:


Last semester I did do 1 mile a day for a stretch of time. Sadly, it was very tiring and after a round of midterms, I had to throw in the towel. From looking at the chart, I may have started out too strongly, thus not building enough endurance and totally burned out. Don't need another burnout aside from my brain!
