Relaunch, my introduction

It's the end of senior year part 1. I'm at home after a long and quick semester that was eventful but not. I've gotten to know many more people and it brings a smile to my face that I will end the academic half-year with such new connections. I intend this newer blog to be more of my lifestyle as oppose to mundane journal postings of to-do lists and events. For my previous one, I would like to convert it into photojournal (aka rediscover my point & shoot), however, that solely depends on my keen memory and my finicky camera. All in all, I hope to share my reflections on personal style (perhaps this is borderline narcissism), skin care & health, food & restaurants, philosophy, possibly intellectual topics...just many things I find myself going for me.

To start, here is my year in review according to my bank:

According to my statements, I have spent only about 60% of the measly income that of a student. I like that proportion as it keeps me sane and distant from complete self-denial. While admirable, refraining from purchasing for self-indulgence left me really anxious and Type B: complain, complain. Half my spending went to retail, and roughly half of that was for (substantial) gifts for my most beloved persons. Now I am content with my cardigan collection, and +1 has brought upon more pain than pleasure. Yosh!
